Astor Marchesini
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Astor has spent decades building businesses and relationships throughout the metals and industrial supply chain, developing the market knowledge and sourcing network that form much of GWECO's foundation. As Founder and CEO, he leads the company's strategic direction and global sourcing efforts, applying that experience to identify opportunities, evaluate partners, and develop long-term commercial relationships.
Kirby Young
Chief Operating Officer
Kirby has built his career around developing businesses, improving operations, and turning complex opportunities into structured, executable plans. As a co-owner and GWECO's Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the financial, logistical, and day-to-day operations behind the company's transactions, helping ensure commitments to customers, suppliers, and partners are carried through reliably.
